
The Mission & Movement (M&M) curriculum provides a compass for corporate teams and individuals to break free from conventional thinking and systems that stunt connections, growth, and awareness. Each of the lessons are drawn from Cheryl Pipia’s twenty plus years as a leader in corporate finance as well as her heart forward development of the M&M foundation and Cheryl’s personal brand. As the name suggests, Cheryl is proof that to be mission driven leads to higher and more productive forms of movement. This experience has led to the creation of the M&M compass, acting as a true north for individuals, teams, and leaders alike. The compass inspires and activates thoughtful living, purposeful leadership, and lasting community impact.
