Mission & Movement is an organization dedicated to inspiring thoughtful living, purposeful leadership and long-lasting community impact. 

Through workshops, trainings, and experiential events we help our clients and communities develop compassionate, heart-led approaches to giving back and creating enduring social change.

Cheryl Pipia | Our Founder |  The bridge between Heart and Business

Cheryl Pipia is a natural leader and mentor, through her own heart forward communication and authentic nature, Cheryl invites those around her to see all that is possible when they place their true self and empathy at the forefront of business & life strategies. 

With twenty years of experience in corporate finance, Cheryl is no stranger to the dynamics and opportunities of corporate teams. Currently serving as Head of Integrated Sales at T. Rowe Price, Cheryl has led her team to more holistic strategies, connected communication, and growth mindsets, that have positively impacted the bottomline. Also, as the Founder of the Mission & Movement Nonprofit, Cheryl practices what she preaches volunteering and mobilizing her for M&M communities to advocate for change. She acts as a confidant and sounding board for professionals across the globe and gives back whenever possible. This way of being led Cheryl to see first hand, the transformative connection between lifestyle, philanthropy, and productivity. 

With this experience Cheryl saw the demand and necessity for a curriculum that provided a compass for corporate teams and individuals to break free from conventional thinking and systems that stunt connections, growth, and awareness. Now through the intersection of her corporate finance work and background coupled with the platform for action that is Mission & Movement, Cheryl offers her knowledge to global teams and communities to bridge the gap to ensure alignment with individuals, global teams & communities.
